Who we are

What we collect and why

• When you order: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number if you give one, and the record of what you bought. We need these to fulfil the contract with you and to keep the records the law requires.
• When you write to us: your name, email address and what you wrote, so that we can reply. Our legitimate interest is answering you.
• When you leave a review: the name you give and your words, which we publish once approved. You consent to that when you send it.
• When you visit: a daily count of visits that cannot identify you. No analytics service runs on this site.

Payments

Card payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page. Stripe processes your card details as its own data controller; we never see them. Stripe's privacy policy explains how it uses them.

Who else sees your information

Royal Mail, to deliver your order; the company that hosts this website and sends our email, which processes data only on our instructions; and nobody else. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years after the order, as tax law requires. Messages sent through the contact page are kept until they are dealt with and for up to twelve months afterwards. Reviews are kept while they are published.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies, both necessary: one remembers that you have seen the cookie notice, and one holds your basket while you shop and keeps staff signed in to the admin. Our cookies page has the detail.
