Terms and conditions
PLACEHOLDER — the parts in square brackets are facts to fill in before the site goes live.
Who we are
Copper Aura is run by [PLACEHOLDER: trading name and legal name of the sole trader], trading from [PLACEHOLDER: business address]. You can reach us through the contact page or at [PLACEHOLDER: contact email].
Ordering
An order is placed when you complete the checkout and your payment is taken by Stripe, our payment provider. We then send a confirmation email with your order number. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay. The delivery charge is shown before you pay. Card payments are taken by Stripe on its secure page; we never see your card details.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, by Royal Mail, at the flat rate shown at checkout. [PLACEHOLDER: how soon orders are sent, and how long delivery usually takes.] If an order is late, let us know and we will chase it.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason. Tell us in writing (an email is fine), then send the item back within a further 14 days. You pay the return postage. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, less any reduction for handling beyond what is needed to examine it. Our returns page explains the steps.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 what we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage.
Using the bottle
The bottle is for cold still water only. Please follow the care guidance on our care page; damage caused by other drinks, a dishwasher or misuse is not a fault.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or that are not caused by our breach of these terms.
Your information
Our privacy notice explains what we hold about you and why.
Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute may be brought in its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. [PLACEHOLDER: date these terms were last reviewed.]
